At least one parent must remain at the beach for the duration of their child/children’s nipper session.
Bring:
pink rash shirt (write your name on it)
club cap (write your name in it)
Suncream (apply 20 min prior to beach and sun exposure)
Zink
Water
Towel
Beach footwear
Change of clothes
Goggles are optional
